Dear Vinny,
I am writing you to tell you about what I do as a public relations representive for my company.
My job is to handle any public affairs that our company is involved with. Meaning, if there is any events that the company will be sponsoring or anything the company needs to express to the public, I will be the one who addresses them. It could be a written letter, television speech, or on the radio. basically, I am a glorified customer service represenitive for the company.

I liked that you explained public relations from a different perspective!
ReplyDeleteTyson, to me PR also seems like the 'glorified customer service rep.' I also agree and like how you emphasized the importance of the public and how important a PR rep's job is to know how to reach them effectively.
